With his brother Nicolas’ untimely death, Pascal Reverdy decided to carry on the work they'd started together – helped by Nicolas’ widow Sophie and his own wife Nathalie. in the ti ny hamlet of Maimbray, Pascale works his 14 ha of vineyards manually and organically, without weed killers or industrial fertilisers, to produce incredible Sancerre that sings of place and purity. Grapes are hand picked and hand sorted, before being vinified separately, parcel by parcel, matured in stainless steel or conical oak vats and bottled with little to no filtration. Show more
