It’s delicious, it shows this huge brea th of “autolytic notes”. Cooked apple, brioche, toasted notes, so good. A crowed pleaser. Again, delicious and unique, a great value from juice that’s at least a decade old. 45% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir 60% of Unique comes from a 2014 vintage base wine, while the remainder is from their single 50hl “solera” foudre, with 4g/L dosage.
