Deep cranberry with ruby undertones. Dark plum aromas with pure cassis and a hint of graphite minerality. Dark fruit flavours with balanced savoury oak notes and a touch of spice o n the palate. Bottle maturation will reward. This vibrant, dark-fruited wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, venison or barbecued meats.
