This large abandoned respiratory hospital was surrounded by a vast amount of land. I crossed through someone's garden for about 1 second to get to it, and luckily their dogs didn’t bark for too long. It is at the mercy of nature as the surrounding vegetation sneaks in the windows and cracks in the brickwork. It looked imposing from the outside; a confusing mix of dark grey brutalist style concrete with Romanesque columns and baroque detailing. It was surrounded by huge trees, but inside was stripped bare - but still beautiful with the mottled light. Fixings are included for hanging. Delivery Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Unframed works will be sent in a tube via a signed delivery service.
