With three generations of tomato expertise, Mr Organic harvest their sun-ripened tomatoes from their organic farm in Pontinia, Italy. This Passata & Basil is made from their tomatoes, packed within hours of harvest to preserve their sweet flavour & freshness, free from added sugars or salt and without the heavy use of pesticides. Sieved tomatoes are used to create a smooth and silky texture, with added fresh basil for a fragrant flavour that creates a great base for soups, sauces and stews.
