Passeggiata is an aperitivo styled spirit. As the name suggests, it is intended to be consumed before dinner. A typical mix would be with sparkling water and ice, enjoyed in a cock tail or made into a spritz. Passeggiata from Giornata starts with brandy that is infused with a variety of botanicals for ten days. After the infusion period, the brandy is strained and combined with orange wine, simple syrup, water and beet juice.
