What We Built Into It Every feature on the Passion is there for a reason. Nothing is just there to look good on a list — everything is there because it makes the frame better to ride. 1 1/8" Campy Integrated Cro-Mo Head Tube — 3D CNC Machined The most critical joint on your whole frame. We CNC machine it from Cro-Mo so it's dead accurate, dead strong, and accepts 45/45 bearings for steering that stays dialed session after session. Compatible with every 1 1/8" stem and fork on the market — no weird standards, no hunting for parts. 3D CNC Machined Mid BB Shell — 68mm / 43.5mm Chainline The 68mm Mid BB is the freestyle standard for a reason. Machined threads that won't strip, precise alignment, and works with every quality 3-piece crank you can throw at it. 43.5mm chainline keeps your drivetrain running clean. CNC'd & Laser-Cut 1/4" Cro-Mo 14mm Dropouts These are beefy by design. Cut from 1/4" solid Cro-Mo plate, then machined for precision fit. They will not bend, they will not crack, and they won't open up under a hard landing. 14mm solid axle — zero slop, maximum feedback. Removable 990 Brake Mounts Ride with a rear brake or pull them off and run it clean. The removable 990/U-brake mounts give you the choice — no drilling, no adapters, no mess. Brakes on for park and trails, brakes off for street. It's your call. Built-In Seat Post Clamp with Pivotal Cut No separate clamp to lose, crack, or forget to tighten. The clamp is built right into the frame, machined with a pivotal cut so your post drops as low as physically possible. Fully slammed for street and park, up high when you want it — your 25.4mm pivotal post goes wherever you need it. Wishbone Lug Behind the BB Shell This is the detail that riders notice when they actually ride. The wishbone lug ties the chainstays together right behind the BB, locking down the rear triangle where it takes the most punishment. Every pedal stroke is immediate and direct. Stiffer where it counts, without adding dead weight. The Tubing Full seamless, heat-treated Cro-Mo throughout — blended with Reynolds tubing where it counts. Seamless tubing means no weld seam running through the tube wall, so there's no weak spot baked into the material before we've even started. The full post-weld heat treatment normalizes the entire frame structure after welding — the same process we use across all of our race frames. All Passion frames use the Campy Integrated headset — 45/45 degree bearings. This applies to every wheel size and every top tube length. No traditional press-in headset, no tapered — just the Campy Integrated standard across the board. What size seat post does it use? 25.4mm across all Passion frame sizes. And you don't need a separate clamp — the Passion has a built-in seat post clamp with a pivotal cut machined right into the frame. Does it work with a rear brake? Yes. The Passion comes with removable 990 brake mounts for standard U-brake / 990 rear brake setups. Want to run it brakeless? Pull the mounts off and you're clean. Your call.
