Our passionfruit and papaya jam is made with fresh organic passionfruit and papaya with a hint of tasty lime. This jam is delicious on toast, pancakes, scones and cakes. Our delici ous jam can also be used as a flavoursome dipping sauce for cheese and fruit platters. Ingredients: Papaya (70% minimum)Sugar, Passionfruit (10% minimum), Lime. Mad Mountains products are made with organic produce grown on our family farm. Where we cannot grow enough of an ingredient ourselves we will source it from local organic farmers. Each jar of goodness has no preservatives, no added flavours, colours or unnatural ingredients whatsoever for a completely natural intense flavour.
