You’ll learn the time-honoured techniques behind our signature filled pasta, starting with dough made entirely from scratch. Then, roll up your sleeves as we guide you through stretching, rolling, filling, and folding Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni, as well as handcrafting delicate Tagliatelle. Sip on a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival, then dive into the pasta-making process in a fun and interactive setting. To finish, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a delicious shared meal featuring the very pasta you’ve created. Your Class Includes: A glass of Prosecco on arrival. Dough making from scratch. Guided demonstration and hands-on creation of Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni and Tagliatelle. A shared pasta meal to conclude the experience. All ingredients are provided, and you’ll be given an Allegria-branded apron to wear during the class to keep your clothes protected.
