Join me to learn how to make these Portuguese delicacies, with their unique puff pastry casing and sweet custard filling making for jus t the right amount of wobble and crunch. Classes will take place in my bakery in Clarence House, in central Penzance, and run from 10am until 1pm with a maximum class size of 8. Bring an apron and you'll leave loaded up with natas to share, and the skills to make your own back home.
