The spherical shell pasting (Packaging) machine is utilized for adhering spherical shells post-assembly. Technical Specifications: Shell pasting ranging from 1.75" to 6" in diameter. Input voltage: 110-220V. Output voltage 24V (including power converter). Smooth and seamless wheel speed control and start-up. Inner coil diameter adjustable for each roll, ranging from 42mm to 75mm. Maximum roll diameter of 14cm. Automatic wheel rotation control for precise pasting based on the desired layer count. The machine weighs 16kg. New features (updated as of August 2023): Integrated glue dipping component (compatible with regular kraft paper tape), facilitating effective and reliable shell pasting. Multi-size kraft paper roll attachment system, adapting to various shell sizes. The machine is compatible with all types of adhesive tape available in the market, optimizing the shell pasting process. Pasting is carried out using 10-20mm wide adhesive kraft paper tape. Please note: The machine is shipped disassembled, and you will need a hex key for assembly. Standard preparation time is from 3 to 5 days.
