Host Your Own Patch Party Experience The Patch Party Experience is a custom event bundle combining curated wearable-art patches with guided styling—perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, graduations, and special celebrations. Every event features specially selected patches by Thais Taylor'd Designs, live attachment, and a memorable group experience guests will enjoy long after the event. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ **Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC Studio requires that clients be able to descend and ascend stairs. If you or your guests cannot, please choose a different booking option** ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Patch Themes Available Brands, Characters, Colors, Faith, Phrases, or Greek. Curated Patch Bundles (Patches are not included in Experience Fee) $40 Tier: 3 filler, 2 small, 2 medium patches, and 1 large patch or DTF transfer. $70 Tier: 5 filler, 3 small, 3 medium patches, and 2 large patches or DTF transfers. Extended Group Packages: Supplementary patch bundles may be provided for group sizes exceeding six (6) participants. Event Duration Event services are capped at a maximum of five (5) hours. Extended service times may be arranged for group sizes exceeding six (6) participants. Setup & Teardown Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC requires site access 60-90 minutes prior to the start time for setup and 45-60 minutes following the event for teardown. Note: Individual patch sales are not offered during group sessions to maintain cost efficiency and prevent sensory overload. For individual purchases, contact us for vendor referrals equipped for single-item sales. Fees & Payment Terms Full Advance Payment The full fee is due upon booking to secure the event date. On-Site Sales & Payment Methods Any individual guest purchases or added custom items ordered during the event must be paid directly at the time of sale. Accepted Methods: Cash, Credit Card, and/or Electronic Payment through our secure Shopify store system. CashApp Note: Convenience fees apply to all CashApp transactions. Unaccepted Methods: Venmo, Paypal, Checks and Money Orders are strictly prohibited. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Venue & Setup Requirements Client agrees to provide the following minimum accommodations for Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC: Surface & Space: A clean, flat, level surface with adequate space to accommodate equipment and display setups. Power Supply: Access to reliable electricity (minimum 1-2 standard 120V dedicated outlets) within 15 feet of the setup area. Shelter & Lighting: Adequate lighting and a climate-controlled environment. For outdoor events, a fully covered tent/canopy offering full protection from wind and rain is required. Parking & Loading: A designated parking and loading area located near the venue entrance to facilitate unloading and loading of heavy equipment. Pet-Free Environment: Due to severe allergies, the setup area must be strictly pet-free and clean of animal hair and dander. Right of Refusal: Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if space or environmental conditions do not meet these safety and operational standards. If this occurs, a 75% cancellation/restocking fee will be charged, as Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC incurs non-refundable setup, travel and administrative costs. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellation by Client: Due to advance material preparations (patches, food, beverages, and scheduling), all cancellations carry a 50% cancellation/restocking fee. Rescheduling: Clients are permitted one (1) complimentary rebooking prior to enforcing the cancellation fee, provided event details are finalized within 7 days of the cancellation notice. How to Rebook: Use the Reschedule link provided in your original booking confirmation email. Cancellation by Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC: In the event Thais Taylor'd Designs LLC must cancel due to severe illness, emergency, or force majeure, all monies paid (including advance payments) will be refunded in full to the Client's original payment method. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Attachment & Care Notice Glue and heat-pressing techniques provide a temporary bond. Thais Taylor’d Designs strongly recommends sewing all patches for permanent hold. Freelance seamstress referrals/suggestions are available upon request for an additional fee (requires off-site finishing and subsequent delivery/pickup). Garment & Material Liability We handle every garment with extreme care and take full precautions during application. However, heat-transfer and DTF processes carry inherent risks depending on fabric type, age, and condition. By participating, clients acknowledge that all applications are performed at their own risk.
