Spacious, squishy, double-sided, quilted tote bag featuring appliqué 1930s Dresden Plate patchwork blocks on the back and front. Each block is made up of patches of absolutely beau tiful vintage cotton floral prints typical of the era, on a calico base. Phone-sized (depending on the size of your phone) internal pocket made from patchwork offcuts with blue binding. Straps made from found black wool webbing long enough to go over your shoulder. I cut and made five bags from a large quilt - I think someone had found a collection of antique Dresden Plate blocks and appliquéd and quilted them on to newer calico.
