With many of the same subtle accents as its big brother, the 'Macon Single Cut', the Macon Junior is a serious take on the classic student favorite! The Macon Junior is a guitar that offers an excellent combination of modern playability and classic tone. The guitar's design, with a mahogany body, contoured heel, and wraparound bridge, provides ultimate playability and comfort. The Fat 'C' roasted maple neck with a 24.6-inch scale length allows for smooth and fast playing, while the Mojo pickups really bring this guitar to life. The combination of a Mojo Humbucker and a Mojo Staple P90 provides a sound that is both versatile and dynamic. The humbucker delivers warm, full tones with a powerful output and minimal noise, making it ideal for heavier music genres and solos. The Staple P90, on the other hand, adds a raw, gritty texture with a bright, cutting tone that is perfect for blues and rock. Together, the pickups offer a wide range of sounds, from rich, sustain-heavy tones to dynamic and punchy sounds. The mahogany body enhances the warmth and resonance of the guitar, while the maple neck ensures clarity. The wraparound bridge contributes to excellent sustain and stability. This makes the Macon Junior not only a guitar that sounds amazing but also a workhorse that is perfect for both studio recordings and live performances.
