Patriots- The Guilty Walk Free LP. The Patriots were from West LA in the Venice & Santa Monica area. They played in Hollywood and went to school with Wasted Youth at Uni High Schoo l. The Patriots played with all the major Hardcore bands of the time and recorded a bunch of songs and out of those songs only one 7" was released in 1983. The Patriots broke up in 1984 when their guitarest left the band to play In the Punk movie Suburbia and they never reformed. This is a reissue of their entire recorded output. The LP includes the 10 songs from their demo recorded in 1982, the 6 tracks from their "Land Of The Free" 7" released in 1983 on Almost Music and the song that was on the "We Got Power" compilation LP released on Mystic Records in 1983. 17 tracks in all. The LP also includes a booklet and insert with write ups from the singer and drummer with the bands history that sheds some light on this long lost band along with a bunch of flyers for some of the shows that the band played back in the day.
