Originating from South America, these indoor plants love humidity, so ideally keep them in a bathroom or kitchen. If you want to put them elsewhere, make sure to mist them daily to keep them happy. Everything in moderation for these patterned plant pals, regularly water them (especially the Calathea Medallion which likes its soil to never dry out) and keep them in bright, indirect sunlight.
