Paul Counts’ passion for art blossomed into a love affair when he was introduced to the art of glassblowing in 1978. Young and full of energy and still seeking out his educational direction in college, Counts watched a glassblower at work and it changed his life forever. He studied under Prof. Dick Marquis and Prof. Lino Taliapiatra at Haystack School of Crafts summer workshop from 1990 into 1991.
