Faux-sociological smut exploring the "always fas cinating phenomenon of rape" (preface), with chapters purporting to unpack various psychological and clinical aspects of the crime. As common in such works, the author lapses frequently from factual summae into first-person accounts of his encounters in the field, including numerous interviews with rapists. With an introduction by the almost certainly fictitious Jean-Paul St. Marc. Publisher Dalhousie Press seems to have specialized in this sort of exploitative line, as judged by other such titles as Casebook: Homophile, Confessions of Necrophile, The Lesbian Handbook, etc. Show more
