The Indian 6 Row Barley used to make the whisky is sourced from across the vast lands of Rajasthan and Haryana to the foothills of Himalayas and is harvested during summer for perfect maturity. The boldness of the huskier six row barley comes with high proteins, tannins and fatty acids giving the whisky a unique character. Goa’s weather helps accelerate maturation at an angel share of 8-10%, unlike other whiskies produced in colder climates. Single malt whisky. Indian whisky. 70cl bottle size. 40% ABV.
