Designed by Broberg & Ridderstråle 2024. Pause works as a bench, sofa, or low table — a single, adaptable form suited to both public and domestic spaces, "offering a little pause w henever needed." Broberg & Ridderstråle designed Pause for occasional seating in hallways and waiting areas, with soft, removable padding that can cover the full seat or leave space for "a tray, a lamp, or a vase," depending on how it's used. The design takes its inspiration from the Shaker Arch Bench, evoking "a sort of rural aesthetic." Structure in lacquered oak veneer and solid oak.
