Shan Pav Bhaji mix helps you recreate the authentic traditional taste of divine. INGREDIENT REQUIRED Potatoes 4 medium / 300g Green Peas ¾ cup / 100g Tomatoes 2 medium / 100g Cauli flower 1 cup / 100g Green-Capsicums ½ cup / 50g Garlic Paste 6-8 cloves Oil Butter 200g Shan Pav Bhaji Mix 3 leveled tablespoons / 30g STEPS OF COOKING Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside. On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done. Then add Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables. Show more
