Paxton is a family owned and operated winery located in South Australia's McLaren Vale winery. The vineyards are managed using biodynamic farming principles; without the use of syn thetic fertilisers and pesticides and a focus on promoting healthy, living soils through natural compost preparations. Paxton Rosé has be one of our most popular Australian examples over the past few years and the 2024 vintage is again destined to be a big hit. This 2025 Paxton Rosé combines Shiraz and Grenache Shiraz grown using the Paxton ‘smart farming’ program that focuses on soil health and biodiversity. The bright fruit characters are those of a healthy vineyard. Winemaker, Ashleigh Seymour, crafted this wine to be crisp, flavoursome and refreshing.
