Mouse anti-human PBDK1 Antibody against the Polo Box Domain 1 (amino acids 365-603) of human polo kinase 1 (PLK1). PLK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a pivotal role in re gulating multiple stages of mitosis, including centrosome maturation, spindle assembly, chromosome segregation, and cytokinesis. Its activity is tightly controlled during the cell cycle, peaking during G2/M phase.
