Niacin, Vitamin B3, is also synthesized from L-tryptophan. Tryptophan's benefit for sleep is due to serotonin production. Serotonin also is the main source of melatonin, the body's major sleep hormone. Why should I take Doctor's Best L-Tryptophan with TryptoPure?
