The PBR rowel is the most commonly used rowel in the bull riding industry today. This is a "Self Locking" rowel. Bull riding rowels are like guitar strings. The more you use them e ventually you will need to replace them. Depending on how many bulls you get on in a year you should always change out rowels every 6 months to a year. Sold In Pairs Show more
