This vector contains red fluorescent protein - DsRed- driven by cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter for high level expression in mammalian cells. The multiple cloning site (MCS) is loca ted at C terminus in frame with DsRed. This enables the generation of N-terminal DsRed fusion proteins. Plasmid carries ampicillin resistance for bacterial selection and neomycin resistance for stable selection with G418 in eukaryotic cells. Total vector size 6102 bp. Research Use Only (RUO).
