This dedicated OEM meter includes two transducers that can be clamped to the outside of a pipe to accurately measure the flow rate, plus two PT100 clamp on temperature sensors which can be clamped to pipes before and after an energy exchange device (Boiler, Heat Exchanger, Air Handler, Chiller, Electric Cooler). The meter will combine the flow data with the measured In and Out Temperatures to calculate the Energy Input/Consumption of the device. It measures 130mm square and 60mm deep so is small enough to fit into an existing control cabinet, or it can be supplied with its own. The flowmeter has a 2 line digital display screen where any of the measured parameters can be displayed, plus a range of outputs (pulse, 4-20mA and Modbus) for connection to external data devices/SCADA systems. The pictures below show the meter on a junction box (DIN rail mounted), plus several different installation points of the transducers, and the PT100 sensors. Price includes 5m transducer and 5m PT100 cables - longer lengths are available upon application, price shown also includes junction box for flowmeter and 240VAC power supply adapter.
