Eléanor is a quick and easy-to-make design that will hit its mark! The top features short puffy sleeves. The volume is created by gathering at both the head of the sleeve and at th e bottom. The sleeves are finished with a small cuff. The back is enhanced by a button placket and a curved bottom that will give the top an elegant look.
