Pea Microgreens taste just like peas with a little sweetness and nutty undertone. They are hardier than say spinach and lettuce and give you a wonderful crunch in salads. They are also great as a stand-alone snack or added to your favourite stir-fry or omelette. All microgreens are grown to order and available for pickup in Ignace.
