When to Use: When your mind is resisting sleep Description: A soothing blend that will ease you to sleep. Ingredients and Benefits: Bergamot - calming, induces sleep Juniper Berry - eases anxiety and assists in relaxation Mandarin Green - sooths nervous tension and irritability Ho Wood - eases stress and anxiety How to Use: Use approximately 30-45 minutes before you want to go to sleep. Open inhaler or scent jar; hold 1/2 - 1" from nose; inhale gently through nose. Feel the scent relaxing your body and mind. Use for 3-5 deep breaths through nose.
