Peach Brandy unfolds like a fleeting scene glimpsed in St. Tropez, though far removed from the glamour usually associated with it; trees, a perched bird, and a fragment of language that reads more like a memory than a statement. The composition feels assembled rather than arranged, with forms that suggest narrative without resolving it. The painting lingers in that space where observation becomes recollection. Show more
