(Peach Delight Cannas can grow to 5-6 feet tall, place a few heavy stones in the bottom of the container to keep it from tipping over in strong wind) Cannas bloom best in full sun but will tolerate part shade. Fertilize with Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs + Humates, once a month, June through August, for vigorous plants and best bloom! For terrestrial gardens, dig holes and plant canna 2 - 4 inches deep and at least 1 foot apart, in full sun to part shade with growing points facing up. Water well and fertilize throughout the growing/blooming season (June through August). Lift rhizomes after first frost in the fall in the north, trim away all foliage, rinse away any soil clinging to the rhizome, allow rhizomes to dry in a well ventilated area outdoors for 7 - 10 days, then store in a cool, dry environment indoors between layers of newspaper. Replant in spring, after all danger of frost has passed.
