Herbal blends can handle a longer steep without bitterness. Iced: Brew double strength (2 tsp per 8 oz), steep for 5–7 minutes, then pour over ice. Naturally sweet and refreshing — no sweetener needed. Sun Tea: Add 2–3 tsp to a jar of cold water and leave in the sun for 2–4 hours for a gentle, naturally sweet cold brew.
