Pillow form not included. Recommended insert size is the listed pillow cover size. For example, our 18x18 pillow covers will work great coupled with an 18x18 insert. For an even fuller look, an insert 1-2" larger than the pillow cover listing size is recommended. If a lumbar pillow, we recommend an insert the same size as the listing.
