This program was created as a way to share my love of yoga, but more specifically sequencing. Intelligent sequencing has always been a passion of mine. I love to weave the family o f asanas together to create strong flows designed to lead you towards a peak pose. There are a total of six (6) practices - each sequenced around a specific peak pose. I have kept each class at 60 minutes to appeal to the standard class times in the current yoga landscape.
