Pear Beth is hardy, fast-growing fruit tree that stays fairly compact, perfect for gardens with limited space. In Spring, the plant produces an abundance of small white flowers, fo llowed by masses of small, yellow-green pears. The fruits have a very sweet flavour and are ready to harvest in August. This tree will thrive best in full sun. Plant in a plot of moist, fertile, well-drained soil, any soil type will do.
