Our matured Bosc Pear Fruit Brandy (Birnenbrand) continue where the traditional Bosc Fruit Brandy finishes. The extended maturation process further develops the aroma, complexity a nd leaving the spirit with a hypnotically beautiful golden hue. The “Ruhezeit” or resting time after we have carefully fermented and distilled this fruit add to the enhanced sweetness and allows for a perfectly balanced flavour profile.
