Following distillation, the spirit is carefully matured to allow its full bouquet to develop - resulting in a pear brandy that is as sophisticated as it is true to the fruit. It must be drunk neat at room temperature, but this brandy is also made for mixing with a tonic or in a cocktail, such as Hegel's Holiday (Black Kite Commune).
