Named in honour of our grandmother and great grandmother Pearl Webster, our traditional method Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend sparkling is the true matriarch of the family. Extend ed time on yeast lees has delivered luscious brioche notes that coat the palette beautifully. Hazelnut nougat, a delicate bubble and fresh citrus.
