Features Use with the Pearl Clip and Wedge Leveling System For use when installing wall and floor tiles For use on porcelain, ceramic and natural stone tiles Especially recommended to improve finishes when working with large-format tiles System of interlocking clips and re-usable wedges ensure your floor will be perfectly level from one tile to the next Requires minimal effort to install and remove, plus speeds up installation time Prevents the tile from moving during the installation and curing process Multi-polymer plastic provides greater tensile strength while remaining flexible to avoid breakage failures while tightening Simple impact removal system (by kicking or mallet) - Always in the direction of the grout joint Use on 1/8" to 1/2" thick tile Clips and Wedges sold separately How to use Pearl Leveling System STEP 1: Insert the clip under the first installed tile to achieve a consistent grout joint spacing STEP 2: Place the next tile on top of and against the clips of the previously installed tile STEP 3: Insert the wedge into the clip to secure, align and flatten the adjoining tile (your hand or the installation tool can be used to tighten the wedge into the clip) STEP 4: After thinset has cured, hit the clips (with or without wedge) with a rubber mallet, in the direction of the grout joint STEP 5: Separate the broken clips from the wedges (wedges are reusable and will last multiple jobs with proper installation and removal)
