Pale grey, subtly marbled porcelain thrown and altered, with a single disc wired in permanently to the concave altered portion of the mug. The interior and charm are glazed with fo od safe clear glaze, with the addition of mother of pearl overglaze applied to the disc, giving it an iridescent shimmer evoking a natural pearl look. The mug's exterior is naked porcelain, sanded to a satiny smooth finish that is delightful to touch. As you drink, the charm will swing freely, musically tinkling against the mug.
