The Pec Fly Attachment for the Rival Super FID Adjustable Bench provides a space efficient solution for Pec Fly's by attaching to the front of the bench. Ideal for home gyms, this attachment gets rid of the need to use up additional space required by a standalone Pec Fly Machine. The Attachment is plate loaded, requiring Olympic (50mm / 2") Weight plates. The Pec Fly has ergonomic soft touch handles for comfort.
