Pecans are a healthy snack all alone (check our pecan nutrition information), and they enhance taste, texture and flavor in all of your baking--cakes, cookies, candies, muffins, etc. Plus they go great with just about any of your other favorite foods, including cereal, oatmeal, salads, pancakes, yogurt, ice cream, and even scrambled eggs! Please specify variety for your order and "inshell" or "cracked" (so we can crack your pecans before shipping)! Please note that "cracked" orders are weighed inshell, prior to cracking. After aspirating (blowing out loose shell pieces) the cracked pecans we ship will weigh about 75% to 80% of the inshell weight. For large orders (over 200 lb) call us to discuss pricing!
