This example is inspired in part by Shipley Station, but with fictional additions inspired by other parts of the old BR(M), Midland area in steam days. The layout comprises of two ovals, a triangular junction, goods yard, loco shed, along with a warehouses and canal complex. Of all, the station is probably the most complex both for wiring (see panel in IN-1 book) and scenic structures. Whilst it might be possible to adapt a number of Peco and Ratio buildings issues arising from semi- curved platforms may mean that scratch building is the better of the two options. For those who prefer the former we suggest adapting the Ratio 225 Flat Roof Platform Canopy, Peco NB-12 Station Building, and Peco NB- 14 Station Houses kits.
