Upon purchase you will see a link at the payment confirmation screen to download the pattern. You will also receive an email with the link to download the pattern within minutes. All the files you need will be contained in a zip file. So please download this on a computer/laptop that is able to uncompress zip files. This is a standard compression format that can be handled by most computers without the need to purchase additional software. Unzipping files and printing from mobile devices may not be possible/accurate, so if you encounter problems when using a mobile device, switch to a laptop/computer and it should work fine.
