Dry feet completely before putting Peeling Socks on.Step 2: Carefully remove the socks from the package.Step 3: Cut open below the seal line on each sock. Be sure to open the inner fabric and place feet inside. Affix them with attached stickers for a perfect fit.Step 4: Put a pair of tight-fitting socks over the Peeling Socks for better absorption of ingredients. Wear for 90-120 minutes. Do not exceed 120 minutes.Step 5: Remove socks and wash feet thoroughly. Dead skin will naturally begin to peel off in 7-10 days. For extremely callused heels, use a foot file to help remove dead skin.
