The Penang Betta, also known as Betta pugnax, is a species of gourami native to Southeast Asia. They're a mouth-brooding Betta species that are able to be kept in groups. These wil d-type bettas are a must have for the seasoned betta-keeper. A group would thrive in a low lit and planted 20+ gallon setup. They prefer water temperatures 22–26°C (71.6–78.8°F) and a pH of 5.9-6.5. Show more
