Vintage opaline glass pendant with cobalt-blue bows and medallions, ornate brass gallery and Louis XVI Revival styling, circa 1920s–1940s. Beautiful vintage pendant light featuring a shaped white opaline glass shade decorated with cobalt-blue Neoclassical motifs of ribbon bows, tassels and ornamental medallions. The unusual shade is suspended from an ornate cast-brass gallery with floral detailing, brass chain and matching ceiling canopy. The combination of white glass, blue decoration and aged brass gives the fixture a distinctive French Louis XVI Revival appearance.
