Pendleton Marine is a purveyor of nautical needs from bilge pumps to oars as well as small engine repairs. The kit features a single narrow structure with an erratic roofline, impl ying several expansions and additions as the business has grown. The kit includes lasercut clapboard and scribed walls, lasercut roof cards, plastic windows and doors, lasercut doors, metal cast detail parts, color signage and assembly instructions.
