Artist Jess Mudgett's bold design captures the spirit of Saratoga, Wyoming, where swallows fly above the waters of the North Platte River. This small town is the heart of a wildern ess where wild horses roam miles of open land. Sagebrush, wildflowers, and hardy grasses stabilize the shifting sands of the nearby high desert.
